Meet Yusuf, a determined 15-year-old who faced the challenges of scoliosis and kyphosis, accompanied by persistent shoulder pain. With a scoliosis diagnosis of 15%, Yusuf’s journey began with physical limitations and discomfort.
Assessment and Goal Setting: Upon our initial assessment, it was evident that Yusuf faced muscle weakness contributing to his postural issues. We set out with the goal of not only alleviating his shoulder pain but also improving his overall strength, flexibility, and posture.
